Cats are beautiful and clean creatures. A delight to have at any home. They do not require as much care as a dog and neither do they require that much space. But caring for their health is still a major concern with cats. It is crucial that you take care of them just like you would if it were your cat.
Cats are nimble and delicate creatures. They can bear a lot of pain without letting anyone know like dogs. Hence the owner needs to look for small changes in the personality of the cat. You need to look for changes in its behavior which will tell you how it feels. If a drastic change is observed, it is most probably because of a deteriorating health and not because of having problems at work. You can check to see if your cat is suffering rom some sort of injury to the limbs or if it has been attacked by another cat or a dog. It is hard to make out with the fur on, but going slowly though the fur will let you know where really is it hurt. You can take your cat to a veterinarian if you are unable to discover the source of the problem. Some of the common symptoms that require a veterinarian is if the cat vomits frequently. Cats do vomit frequently because they need to remove the ingested fur. If this vomiting is more than usual, then it could have throat infection or something else. Avoid feeding your cat cold food or food that is too hot. It your cat is scratching too much, then its time you sprayed it for fleas. You could also treat fleas with pills and anti scratch collars. A vet can assist you in making your choice about the problems your cat has.
