The symptoms or sings of a disease are those changes that accompany any abnormal condition of the body. These changes are unique to every disease and help in the diagnosis of the disease. The appearance of both is unique to particular disease and only if the symptoms of the disease match with the signs of the disease, does the patient said to be suffering with the particular disease. In a few cases the disease shows symptoms but no signs, in these cases, doctors take the approach of wait and watch before suggesting a treatment. A disease can be of a genetic origin, accidental, viral, bacterial, fungal or some other cause. All diseases have the tendency to cause uneasiness to the body by changing the normal functioning of the body.
